Today, the 3D animation movie 'Tintin and the secret of the Unicorn' will be shown in cinemas in the Netherlands. I am a huge fan of the Tintin comics of Hergé. Hergé's drawings are full of energy and emotion, and they have a liveliness that is often lacking in comic drawings of lesser talents. Just watch this image taken from 'The Red Sea Sharks', from 1956, and you will see what I mean.
Vandaag gaat de 3D animatiefilm 'Kuifje en het geheim van de Eenhoorn' open voor het grote publiek. Ik ben een grote fan van Hergé's Kuifje-strips. Hergé's tekeningen zijn vol energie en emotie en ze hebben een levendigheid, die vaak ontbreekt in strips van mindere talenten. Kijk alleen maar naar dit plaatje uit 'Cokes in Voorraad', uit 1956, en je zult zien wat ik bedoel.
